Hexacto introduced a Palm OS version of its Tennis Addict sports game. The game features realistic ball physics, and all game input is through the Palm handheld’s stylus.

DreamQuest Software announced its Championship card games are now available as a three-game bundle for Palm OS. Championship Hearts, Championship Spades, and Championship Euchre are included. Players can challenge the computer on a PC, PDA, or cell phone, and engage their friends over a local or wireless network.

Palm Station has a post with a first hand account of Planet PDA Boston, running May 13-16 at the Boston World Trade Center. According to the post, “it’s definitely enterprise-focused in general with cross-platform sessions concentrating on security, wireless networking, CRM, and setting policies for corporate PDA use.”

GoAmerica, Inc. announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002. As of March 31, 2002 GoAmerica had nearly 153,000 total subscribers compared to approximately 141,000 at the end of the fourth quarter. Subscriber growth during the first quarter was driven by the continued adoption of GoAmerica’s higher margin value-added services and a reduction in the average monthly customer churn rate. Customer churn during the first quarter was 3.3%, a decline from 4.4% in the fourth quarter and from 3.5% in the first quarter of 2001.

RoadWired is putting out a bag called the Pod. It’s got over 20 smart compartments, and is designed for your compact camera, MP3 player, or handheld computer, plus all the accessories that travel along.

DDH Software announced that its first annual HanDBase Summit will be held at the Embassy Suites in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from June 11-12. Attendees will see the first public presentation of HanDBase v3.0 and a new top-secret application, plus one-on-one training sessions, and “Ask the Experts” panels in which the DDH Software development team will be on hand to answer questions.
