<A HREF="http://www.goamerica.net/">GoAmerica, Inc.</A> announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002. As of March 31, 2002 GoAmerica had nearly 153,000 total subscribers compared to approximately 141,000 at the end of the fourth quarter. Subscriber growth during the first quarter was driven by the continued adoption of GoAmerica's higher margin value-added services and a reduction in the average monthly customer churn rate. Customer churn during the first quarter was 3.3%, a decline from 4.4% in the fourth quarter and from 3.5% in the first quarter of 2001.
