
Rubicon Systems announced the release of their Rubicon MIDI Control System (RMCS) for Palm OS devices. RMCS is a next-generation MIDI control system giving musicians the opportunity to make music and control their MIDI equipment.

The Department of Justice proposed that Microsoft be split into two companies. In its comments, the DOJ says that Microsoft is using its monopoly power to hurt competitors in the PDA market.
