Electric Pocket announced the release of PocketCall, a pre-paid calling card utilized through the Palm Computing operating system. Electric Pocket will distribute the Virtel pre-paid calling card information via their Web site, a host for Palm Computing applications content.

The new version has 124 pages and over 300 resources for Palm, Windows CE, Psion, and Newton OS platforms. The new guide also includes a section that introduces the novice medical PDA user to the world of handhelds and palmtops.
