
Tap Magazine and Peanut Press today announced the introduction of E-Tap. E-Tap is an electronic version of the magazine that readers can carry in their handheld devices. E-Tap is available exclusively from the Peanut Press Web site, where users can find excerpts from the magazine and purchase it for immediate download. The price for an issue of E-Tap is $2.99.

Compaq’s Aero 2100 palmtop PC is scheduled to be released March 1. According to PC World, the Aero 2100 includes a color screen, 8MB of memory, four and voice recording with an integrated microphone.

VAR Business is reporting that Intermec Technologies will release the first model in Intermec’s Data Collection PC (DCPC) line in April. This new model will be a Windows CE handheld PC with 40 keys and a 3.5-inch diagonal screen.
