K2 Consultants announced the release of Apothecarium for Palm connected organizers. The Apothecarium contains more than 6200 drug entries to find out the information about interactions between drugs based on the database from First DataBank and Lexi-Comp, Inc.

Salon.com announced that its content is now available to users of handheld devices through AvantGo.com. Using AvantGo.com from AvantGo Inc., mobile consumers can now access Salon’s content on their handhelds in using a wireless device or via synchronization with a desktop PC.

WisdomWare, AvantGo deal

WisdomWare announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with AvantGo. WisdomWare has selected AvantGo’s software to drive WisdomWare AnyWhere, an add-on module that extends the WisdomWare Marketing & Sales Intelligence System to handheld computers based on the Palm OS and Windows CE platforms.

Intrinsyc solution

Intrinsyc announced an agreement to provide Digital Electronics Corporation of Japan with design and support services under the Intrinsyc Partnership Program. Communication Intelligence Corporation announced that it has introduced two new software solutions for users of Palm connected organizers. The new offerings include WordComplete and RecoEcho. WordComplete is a dictionary based word completion utility that can help shorten text entry time whether users are running Graffiti, CIC’s Jot or using the pop-up keyboard. RecoEcho will allow users of the Graffiti recognition system to use the whole screen for text input and enable users to see what they are writing in ink.
