Casio is going after the Palm V with the Cassiopeia E-15, which runs Windows CE 2.11. According to PC World, it measures 3.15 by 5 inches, and weighs 6.5 ounces and comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. The E-15 will be available in April for $399.
