Hitachi Semiconductor announced that its SuperH RISC engine will power Hewlett-Packard’s HP Jornada 680 Handheld PC. HP’s newest Jornada product will feature an easy-to-read, bright color display with pre-installed Microsoft Pocket software based on the Microsoft Windows CE operating system.
