Denise certified

When one of our own does something special, it makes us really proud. This is especially true when that special thing is the result of considerable effort and improvement. A few years ago, ZATZ co-founder Denise Amrich decided that improving her health and fitness would become one of her life’s priorities. Since then, not only has worked on her own fitness, she also inspired ZATZ co-founder David Gewirtz to take up weight training and other athletic activities (and, to his complete surprise, he found doing something other than sitting at a keyboard doesn’t suck). Continuing her path towards self-improvement, we’re extremely proud to announce that our very own Denise has just become both a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. We’ve always thought Denise was certifiable and now we have the evidence to prove it. You go, girl!

Pocket PC Life on hiatus

Effective immediately, Pocket PC Life Magazine (formerly Windows CE Power) is currently on hiatus. To date, we’ve published 18 issues of the journal and have more subscribers than any other monthly Pocket PC or Windows CE magazine. Unfortunately, while we’re great fans of Windows CE devices in general and the Pocket PC specifically, we have found the Pocket PC aftermarket to be too small to sustain a ZATZ publication.

However, we have great hopes for the Pocket PC and when the market matures enough to sustain the journal’s profitability, we intend to resume publication. In the meantime, you’re welcome to visit any of our other journals (listed on the ZATZ Bar at the top of this page) or read any of the more than 100 articles in our Back Issues library.
