Is Facebook’s IPO an exit strategy?

Mark Zuckerberg and Wall Street are claiming a huge value for Facebook. Zuckerberg is even trying to retain control of the company after his death. But, is Facebook going to grow enough to warrant the valuation or is this the beginning of the end?
