
CNET reports Carl Yankowski, Palm’s CEO, said in comments at the Bear Stearns technology conference that the company eventually plans to separate its device-making and software-development businesses and that it has plenty of cash to fund operations. He also denied rumors that Palm would be acquired by another company.
