The Synchrologic Mobile Suite 5.4 is now available. Through Synchrologic’s Push Mobile technology, this software release offers device support for push on the Treo 600, Windows Mobile Pocket PC phones, wireless laptops on WiFi networks, among others. Push Mobile is patent-pending technology that captures the IP address and transforms the mobile device into a virtual node on the network for instantaneous “Always There” data across different networks, different devices and across the whole Synchrologic Mobile Suite.

Elegant Algorithms announced the release of new product line, which contains three products: FlyZip XR 3.02, FlyZip SR 3.02 and FlyZip ZR 2.2. Among the improvements in FlyZip XR 3.02 is ability to run compressed applicatiopns stored on extension card from any launcher. FlyZip SR is downscaled FlyZip XR with the same functionality, but extension card support. FlyZip ZR 2.2 is straightforward compressing and decompressing utility with basic functionality, focused on Palm Zire users. Now it supports all devices with Palm OS 3.2 – 4.x.

We’re experiencing some performance issues this morning. We can’t yet tell if it’s related to the attack we got over the weekend, or if it’s something new from outside or on our end. Please be patient…we’ll get this resolved ASAP.

We recently experienced a Denial of Service attack from the domain AMERION.COM, which also operates TELEVAR.COM and BOSSIG.COM. If you have mail through any of these domains and you attempt to contact us, you will have been blocked by our server. It does not appear that the operator of these domains is conducting a malicious attack; it appears to be a server configuration issue. That said, we’ve been forced to block all mailing coming from them until they fix the problem (which will likely not be over the weekend).

Motorola said that supply constraints for parts used in phones with integrated digital cameras were slowing deliveries. Motorola’s V600 camera-phone will be delayed until some time in the first quarter, a Motorola spokesman told CNNfn, due to the supply issues.

Here’s a review from the Associated Press that tested the Treo 600, the Windows-powered Hitachi G1000, and the Blackberry 7200 series. The reviewer says that battery life remains a work in progress, and heavy phone users are likely to be disappointed. All three devices hold enough juice to carry you through a busy day, so long as you go easy on the emailing, browsing, picture-taking and music-playing.
