Purosol now in 16oz. bottle

Purosol, the enzyme-based cleaner that will NOT harm delicate coatings or surfaces and creates protective anti-static shield without harsh chemicals that harm lenses, screens or the environment, is now available in a 16oz. bottle. The first two products to debut in the new 16oz. trigger spray bottle will be Purosol Plasma and Purosol Sport/Marine.

Purosol Plasma is specifically designed to safely clean the millions of LCD, plasma, CRT and OLED screens used in televisions, laptops, computers, iPods, PSPs and other consumer devices on the market. Utilizing the cutting-edge Purosol formula, Plasma uses its unique molecular properties to not only clean the screen, but neutralize static charge created by the screen, allowing the screen to stay clean longer.

Designed to breakdown organic salts, Purosol Sport/Marine is a heartier formula, designed expressly for outdoor settings where moisture, airborne contaminants and other dirt can have a deleterious affect on sensitive and expensive electronics; such as the coated lenses on camping equipment, or the sensitive screens found on handheld GPS devices or depth finders, chart plotters, radar screens or other equipment commonly found on boats. Frequent use can also help prevent the build-up of salts and other natural grunge that are common in an outdoor or marine environment.

In an apparent about-face, Apple will allow third-party applications to work directly on the iPhone, Chief Executive Steve Jobs said in a posting on the company’s Web site Wednesday. Apple infuriated developers and some iPhone users when it issued a software update Sept. 27 that disabled unofficial programs installed on the handsets.

Until Wednesday, Apple had tried to control which applications consumers had on their iPhones. Now, Jobs said the company intends to release a software development kit in February that will let coders create applications to work directly on the iPhone and the iPod Touch.
