Microsoft has issued an emergency security patch for the flaw recently found in all versions of Internet Explorer. Estimates are that more than 2 million computers have been infected since the flaw was noted.

In documents filed in court in Seattle last week, Microsoft admitted it was aware of problems with the Xbox 360 damaging discs. Instead of spending the money to fix the problem, Microsoft put a warning in the manual saying such issues were the fault of the user.
