Pacific Microinstruments, Inc. announced the release of the Extra*Digit Application Programmer Interface, version 1.0 (API1.0) for the Extra*Digit MNP-12 Springboard module. The API is designed to allow end-users, companies, and research institutions to develop proprietary code for handheld instruments on the Handspring Visor.

NotePad Conduit available

miniMusic announced it’s making available a utility to export music written with their NotePad software onto Windows desktop computers. NotePad is portable music notation software for Palm handheld computers. With the new NotePad Conduit, whenever the Palm handheld is synchronized with the desktop computer any songs written on the Palm device are automatically updated on the desktop machine.

Yankowski talks about future
