iPhone 6 release date: New concept video shows curved sapphire screen

Speculation and rumours have already begun circulating about Apple’s new iPhone 6, set be released later this year.

Many reports in recent weeks have claimed the new model will feature a larger and more curved screen made from sapphire.

While the news may come as a blow to independent mobile phone shops currently making a killing from replacing cracked iPhone screens, many Apple fans will welcome the potential arrival of a more durable handset.

Apple has reportedly put in a large order for the new sapphire crystal screens, although this information hasn’t been officially confirmed.
