<p>Last week, Apple rolled out the iOS 7.0.5 update to iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c users outside the U.S., leading many to initially think that evasi0n7 had been patched up. Renowned iOS hacker MuscleNerd also took to Twitter and urged his followers to refrain from updating their devices with the new iOS version.</p><p>However, it subsequently turned out that the exploits used in evasi0n7 were still intact within iOS 7.0.5, and on Wednesday, evad3rs confirmed that by updating the evasi0n7 tool to support devices running iOS 7.0.5.</p><p>Evasi0n7 1.0.5. International Business Times</p><p>Stefan Esser, an iOS hacker who goes by the Twitter handle @i0n1c, also recently confirmed that the exploits used in evasi0n7 are still present in iOS 7.0.5.
