Beer in one hand, iPhone in the other, Evan Riggs stared athis smartphone screen during the first half of Saturday night’s Trail Blazersgame.

Riggs had left his 300-level seat to post a sweeping photoof the basketball arena and action on the floor. He tried to post the photofrom his seat. It didn’t work.

When he entered the concourse, however bingo. It posted.

“I experience this at Husky Stadium all the time,” saidRiggs, 27, visiting with his wife from their hometown of Seattle. “I didn’texpect it would send.”
