<p>Apple chief executive Tim Cook is being sued by a customer irritated by unwanted downloads of iOS 7 software on his family's gadgets.</p><p>Mark Menacher filed a small claims complaint against Mr Cook in the Superior Court of California, in San Diego, asking for the removal of the iOS 7 install file.</p><p>The file automatically downloads itself to devices when they are connected to power and a Wifi connection.</p><p>Mr Menacher, from Poway, California, wants the large file removed so he can use the space for other apps and content, CNET reports.
