<p>Television recording technology company TiVo Inc. added Daniel Moloney, a former executive at a company TiVo once sued, to its board of directors.</p><p>Moloney was president of Motorola Mobility Inc. after it was spun out of parent Motorola in early 2011. Motorola first hired him in 2000 when it acquired General Instrument Corp.</p><p>In June, TiVo settled lawsuits involving General Instrument as well as Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) and Google Inc.
