<p>ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Three Longmont VEX Robotics teams secured a total of four awards recently during the 2013 VEX Robotics World Championship in Anaheim, Calif.</p><p>Team 3876C, Arkham Asylum Members, took home two awards: the HS Divisional Design Award and the overall best Design Award. Team 3876X, NinjaX, took home the Build Award for the Middle School Division. Finally, Team 11, Kickbots, scored the Energy Award in the new elementary school division VEX IQ</p><p>The action-packed tournament began on a Wednesday and concluded on a Saturday evening. The matches and skills challenges required middle and high school students to execute Sack Attack, a game that involves picking up and placing bean bag sacks on various scoring devices.
