<p>BlackBerry announced its third new device of 2013, a low-cost smartphone with a physical keyboard.</p><p>The new smartphone, Q5, appears to be a basic version of the BlackBerry Q10, another smartphone by the Canadian company that is set to go on sale in the U.S. this summer.</p><p>The Q5 is aimed at emerging markets and will begin selling in July. The phone will be available in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
