It is said that on a clear day, you can see forever.
On Wednesday, contractors working on the Glenn County Office of Education communications project got a good look from Princeton to where a new Internet signal tower will be built in Willows.
Wind caused some interference in getting the specialty-equipped balloon in Princeton to fly high enough to get a look a its bright orange target in Willows, school officials said.
A crane hoisted the target 100 feet into the air behind the county administration building in Willows.
