Muhyiddin: Pos Malaysia employees to receive insurance coverage and RM500 …

<p>SHAH ALAM: Pos Malaysia employees will receive insurance coverage and a RM500 gratuity payment from their employer.</p><p>The insurance coverage is also extended to their family, while the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will give out a netbook each to all the children of Pos Malaysia employees who excelled in the UPSR, PMR and SPM examinations last year.</p><p>The announcements were made by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who visited the Pos Malaysia's National Mail Centre here on Saturday.</p><p>"With an allocation of RM670,000 from Pos Malaysia, the (insurance) plan will protect all 16,191 Pos Malaysia staff, as well as their family members, in the event of an emergency," he said.</p><p><a href="http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2013/3/30/nation/20130330130347&sec=nation">Keep reading...</a></p>
