<p>UK carrier Vodafone is advising customers who own iPhones not to upgrade to the latest iOS 6.1 update.</p><p>In a message on the company's support forum, it claims that the new update has a bug which means that "customers may occasionally experience difficulty in connecting to the network to make or receive calls or texts or to connect to the Internet."</p><p>The posting says that the issue only affects iPhone 4S handsets. It also claims that Apple is investigating the problem.</p><p>It also appears that the carrier has been sending text messages to customers warning them not to upgrade.
