
A Harbor City man was arrested Saturday morning on suspicion of breaking into a Rancho PalosVerdes home and robbing a woman at gunpoint, authorities said.
Authorities said they found him through a stolen iPhone.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’sofficials responded to a 911 call about 11:20 a.m. Friday at a home in the32000 block of Pacifica Drive. The victim had been forced into a closet whilethe suspect ransacked the house, according to Lt. J. Wolak of the Lomitasheriff’s station.
The robber fled before authorities arrived. Cash, jewelry and a few other items,including an iPhone, were stolen.
