Championship Team Hosts Robotics Event

(New Hartford, NY Dec. 27, 2012) The World Championship bound RoboSpartans FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team will host the Mohawk-Hudson Showdown Scrimmage on Jan. 5 from noon to 4 p.m. at the SUNYIT Student Center in Utica.

The event will feature up to a dozen teams from across the State preparing to compete as part of a 36-team field at Pace University’s Hudson Valley Championship on Jan. 27.

The event is free to the public, who are encouraged to learn more about this growing sport by viewing the event and picking up information on how to get involved.
