When it's on Facebook.</p><p>The company told the city it couldn't have a page called "The City of New Haven" - it has to be more specific.</p><p>When looking for the city of New Haven's Facebook page, one will find a web address that reads "City of New Haven" but the page reads "New Haven City Hall"a distinction that had to be made, according to Facebook.
