US entertainment lawyer casts doubt on Megaupload case

<A href="http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/01/29/megaupload_criminal_charges_flawed/" target="_blank">U.S. lawyers filed criminal charges against Megaupload so they could be tried in the U.S</A>. However. It seems by making it a criminal affair the case may never make it to court. <A href="http://www.pcworld.com/article/248932/megaupload_user_data_could_be_wiped_out_thursday.html#tk.rss_news" target="_blank">Files on their servers, even legitimate ones, will be deleted beginning this week.</A>
