Yahoo! Liable for Searchable Contents

<A target="_blank" href="http://blog.dlapiper.com/IPTitaly/entry/yahoo_liable_for_searchable_contents">The Court of Rome has stated that by not removing links to file-sharing sites</A>, the company is liable for copyright infringement. Yahoo!, and other search engines, must remove links to websites hosting unlawful content once notified by the alleged right holder.
