Should Facebook be a Haven from Bill-Collectors?

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.networkworld.com/news/2010/111910-should-facebook-be-a-haven.html?source=nww_rss">Some debt collection agencies have used Facebook and other social networks</A> to locate debtors. But some seem to have stepped over the line. At least one person has filed suit, requesting collection agencies be banned from social networks.
