Packet-Sniffing Laws Murky as Open Wi-Fi Proliferates

As Google’s lawyers in the US argue there are no laws against intercepting unsecured Wi-Fi data, Starbucks is getting ready to add unsecured Wi-Fi hotspots in many of their shops to lure you into lingering over that latte.
