Actually, Obama Doesn’t Want to Take Over The Internet

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.wired.com/epicenter/2009/09/umm-actually-obama-doesnt-want-to-take-over-the-internet/">U.S. Senate bill S-773 deals with presidential</A>, and other, powers in case of a "cyber-security" threat. It's been through several revisions over the past several month. The current wording is loaded with "ifs" which isn't the same as some are saying.
