Diebold Quietly Patches Security Flaw in Vote Counting Software

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2009/08/diebold-audit-logs/">Dielbold, now known as Premier Election Solutions</A>, has patched a flaw in the audit function of their Global Election Management System (GEMS). The patch fixes a problem where significant changes to votes were not logged.
