OCZ readies monster 1TB SSD drive

A 1-terabyte Solid State Drive (SSD) that will fit into a 3.5-inch drive slot will be released later this month by OCZ. While not cheap, the drive is said to get speeds of 250MByte per second for reads and 220Mbyte per second for writes over a SATA2 interface.
