Smallest car’s not a wind-up

Okay, it's Friday, we needed something different. <A target="_blank" href="http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2419624.ece">So, how about a mini-mini-car?</A> At 39 inches tall and 26 inches wide it's street legal. <A target="_blank" href="http://www.wired.com/autopia/2009/05/foamy/">Then there's the Croc Car,</A> named after those rubber clogs, that gets 100 miles per gallon and floats.
