Prison Awaiting Hostile Bloggers

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2009/05/prison-awaiting-hostile-bloggers/">Congress is talking about legislation</A> to jail people for electronic speech that might cause "emotional distress". While probably not constitutional, it was prompted by the case involving the 13-year-old who committed suicide after being bullied through MySpace.
