U.K. Man Sues Bank Over ‘Phantom’ Withdrawals from Chip-and-PIN Account

A chip embedded in an ATM card, that verified the PIN number entered to the bank, was supposed to make it impossible for someone to forge your ATM card. Sadly, security experts have verified several ways to get around this “fool proof” security.
