It’s Time to Drop the ‘Expectation of Privacy’ Test

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.wired.com/politics/security/commentary/securitymatters/2009/03/securitymatters_0326">In the 1967 case, Katz vs. the United States</A>, the Supreme Court defined a "reasonable expectation of privacy". Now, with the overload of information from the internet and the "war on terror", this definition may need to be changed.
