T-Mobile USA ranks above average

According to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM--Volume 1, T-Mobile USA is the only wireless carrier that <A HREF="http://www.t-mobile.com/">ranks significantly above the industry average</A> in all major dimensions measuring wireless customer satisfaction. For the fifth consecutive reporting period, T-Mobile USA also is the only wireless carrier to rank highest in overall customer satisfaction among wireless telephone users in all six regions surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates.
