Power and Associates 2007 Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM–Volume 1, T-Mobile USA is the only wireless carrier that ranks significantly above the industry average in all major dimensions measuring wireless customer satisfaction. For the fifth consecutive reporting period, T-Mobile USA also is the only wireless carrier to rank highest in overall customer satisfaction among wireless telephone users in all six regions surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates.
