Verizon Wireless will become the first company to <A HREF="http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1035_22-6074976.html?tag=zdnn.alert">sell Motorola's slim Q,</A> a phone with a miniature keyboard, the companies said Monday. The Moto Q phone, which runs on Microsoft software and will go on sale May 31, will compete with Research In Motion's BlackBerry wireless email device. The Q is a high-end phone, something of a cross between a BlackBerry and a video iPod, that Motorola will try to pitch to corporations as well as consumers.
