WOIO Cleveland’s Channel 19 is a CBS affiliate serving the Cleveland, Ohio television market. Mobile phone subscribers will now have access to WOIO’s local news, traffic, sports and weather video content on-demand from the WNI LiveLocal mobile application which is offered on major US wireless carriers to subscribers for $4.99 per month.
