Developers busted for leaking secrets

Two developers were sentenced to 10 months for <A HREF="http://www.telecomskorea.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=3454&Itemid=2%20p&C%20lg%20busted">leaking technology secrets</A> such as handset source files of LG to Pantech. The court said that the technologies were evidently the trade secrets of LG and they could be thought to have illegal intentions when they stored the information in the computers of Pantech, breaching the rule of LG, on which the developers agreed, preventing them from leaking the trade secret and getting job in LG's competitors.
