Electric Pocket announced the launch of PhotoDial, <A HREF="http://electricpocket.com/aboutus/press/pr060110.html">a speed dial application for Treo 650</A> smartphones or Bluetooth-enabled PDAs that enables users to place photographs of their most commonly dialed contacts directly on the Applications Launcher.
