Mobile phone giant Nokia said shipments of its 770 Internet Tablet device had been delayed to iron out software problems. The Tablet, which is intended to allow users to browse Web sites and check email, is now expected to start shipping in the fourth quarter. The Finnish mobile firm had originally expected the Tablet, which runs on Linux-based software, to enter the market before the end of September.
