Cingular teams up with Billboard

Cingular Wireless, Billboard and MFORMA, announced <A HREF="http://www.billboard.com/bb/daily/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=3D10">Billboard Mobile</A>, a mobile music application that gives Cingular customers access to music and entertainment news, Billboard charts and local concert information, as well as Billboard featured master tones, directly from their wireless phone.
