Google Talk, Desktop 2

Google's Web site provided a link to download <A HREF="http://www.silicon.com/research/specialreports/voip/0,3800004463,39151650">Google Talk</A>, its instant-messaging program. The launch comes one day after Google rolled out a beta version of Desktop 2, which includes a personalized toolbar dubbed for accessing email, stock quotes and news, as well as tools for searching the desktop and Microsoft Outlook in-box.
