Marvellous Interactive are 85 percent of the way to completing an updated Space Invaders for the Sony PSP. IGNIQ reports that Space Invaders: Galaxy Beat will include many modern enhancements from the original arcade classic, including 3D graphics, a first-person view and an updated look for the invaders.
