U.S. leads in nanotech

The U.S. is <A HREF="http://news.zdnet.com/2100-9595_22-5768033.html?tag=zdnn.alert">putting more money into nanotechnology</A> than other countries, according to a new report. Government agencies in the United States poured $1.6 billion into nanotechnology research in 2004, far more than Japan's $1.0 billion, according to Lux Research, which studies the industry.
