Vikara announced the release of a wireless client for its Vikara CRM software. This allows users of any WAP 1.1 compatible device such as BlackBerry, PalmSource, PocketPC and smartphones to access their Vikara CRM data. Vikara CRM is a fully featured Customer Relationship Management software packaged with full sales automation, marketing campaign management and help desk capabilities. Vikara CRM is built on a variety of technologies including IBM’s Websphere and Lotus Domino/Notes software.
