Vikara wireless CRM

Vikara announced <A HREF="http://www.vikara.com/Vikara/vikara2.nsf/v_VikNewsandEvents/0C6778751854469D85256FB2004FFC34?opendocument">the release of a wireless client</A> for its Vikara CRM software. This allows users of any WAP 1.1 compatible device such as BlackBerry, PalmSource, PocketPC and smartphones to access their Vikara CRM data. Vikara CRM is a fully featured Customer Relationship Management software packaged with full sales automation, marketing campaign management and help desk capabilities. Vikara CRM is built on a variety of technologies including IBM's Websphere and Lotus Domino/Notes software.
